All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. On Select orders items may be on backorder, or awaiting orders from suppliers, in these cases we will contact customers to discuss options or wait times

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. and are based on the current going costs of Australia post, unless another courier or pickup has been chosen

National delivery

Postal delivery is available for all orders within Australia.

Deliveries are made as soon as stock is fulfilled during Australia post operating hours. Delivery tracking is available and we can notify you via email of the status of your order

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our service address 6-8 Barris Court, Forestdale 4118 QLD Australia. This is only recommended if the customer is based in Brisbane, Logan, or Ipswitch regions, or can organise pick up from the above location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and when ready for pick up you will be contacted to book pickup time. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday and 10-4 Weekends.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can ship to P.O Boxes, no special instructions are required, please just enter the full PO Address as the Shipping Address on the order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
